Features

Installation, Use and Maintenance:

In addition to the regulations required by the electric power department for installation, acceptance, commissioning test, operation and maintenance, the following matters should be noted for the intelligent integrated substation:

◆ When receiving the product, the user should carefully check it according to the relevant regulations. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be stored in an appropriate place according to the normal use conditions.

◆ The product should be lifted from the bottom using a special lifting tool, as shown in Figure .

◆ The product should be placed horizontally on a pre-made foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation should be sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room and to connect the high and low voltage cables through the bottom sealing plate of the high and low voltage chambers.

◆ After the product is installed in place, reliable grounding should be ensured. The two main grounding terminals on the substation base channel steel, the neutral point and the shell of the transformer, and the grounding heads under the lightning arrester should be grounded separately by the installation department. All grounding should share a grounding device, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms. The grounding lead from the grounding grid to the grounding lead of this product should be no less than

◆ After installation or maintenance, the following inspections and tests should be conducted before operation:

◇ Whether the substation is clean inside;

◇ Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;

◇ Whether the on/off of the main electrical appliances is flexible and reliable;

◇ Whether the on/off of the auxiliary contacts of the electrical appliances is reliable and accurate;

◇ Whether the meter and relay actions are accurate and error-free;

◇ Whether the transformation ratio and wiring polarity of the instrument and current transformer are correct;

◇ Whether all electrical installation nuts are tightened and whether the installation is reliable and stable;

◇ Whether the busbar connection is good, whether the support insulator and clamp are installed reliably;

◇ Whether the setting values of the electrical appliances meet the requirements and whether the fuse element specifications are correct;

◇ Whether the contacts of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic.

◆ Maintenance

◇ All components in the product should be maintained according to their respective technical requirements:

◇ If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, oil sample analysis should be performed at least once a year according to regulations.

◇ For high-voltage switchgear in operation, after 20 load-carrying operations or 2000 no-load switching operations, the condition of the contacts and the degree of wear of the arcing device should be checked. If any abnormalities are found, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

◇ After the low-voltage switchgear automatically trips, the cause of the trip should be analyzed, and the fault should be eliminated before it can be put back into operation.

◇ A preventive test of the lightning arrester should be conducted once a year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season.

The product is accompanied by a packing list, a certificate of conformity, an installation and user manual, an electrical wiring diagram, an equipment manual for the main components used in this product, key operation tools, and spare parts provided according to the agreement.
