Product Profile:
In application at the rectified DC circuits, and the DC outputted via reactor is closer to the ideal one; Used in the sections between rectifying and contravariance, reduce higher harmonics of input current to make the operation of contravariant section more stable, promote the power factor of input power-supply and limit the short circuit current.

Features
1. Reactor air gap adopts arc welding process, which has low level of sound, small magnetic flux leakage and stable inductance.
2. Core with grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.
3. It can withstand the electric power in case of sudden short circuit and has good dynamic stability.
4. It has dampproof, salt fog-proof, mold proof performances to ensure long-term reliable operation.
5. Coiled with foil winding process, good overload ability in short time, perfect process, and good presentation quality.

7. Vacuum Pressure impregnation (V.P.I) is used, high-temperature cure process, high structural strength, and little vibration.
8. The core limbs are segmented evenly, each core discus is solidified into a whole with the air gap, the winding is wound directly on the core limb, and the top and bottom yokes are closely bonded with the core limb.
