a. Install embedded plastic throat rings. Add a throat ring at the pump casing of the impeller, which can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or produced using epoxy glass fiber rods. This alteration changes the physical properties of the relative friction surface, preventing the generation of metal particles.
b. Add a filter mesh on the lower side of the impeller to effectively isolate the self-circulating oil circuit of the submerged oil pump. Since the original 6 φ5 holes are connected to the upper side oil inlet hole of the impeller, an annular filter mesh can be added on the lower side of the impeller. This prevents the iron particles generated in the self-circulating oil circuit of the oil pump from entering the main oil circuit and reaching the transformer. Additionally, foreign matter entering through the main oil circuit is less likely to re-enter the oil groove. The filter mesh is made of the same material as the original oil inlet filter, using a powder alloy mesh with a thickness of 2.5mm.
