Wrap insulation accident

Winding insulation accident is one of the most common insulation faults of transformers. Insulation accident of casing

Bushing insulation accident mainly involves the discharge and damage of internal insulation of transformer casing, as well as the discharge of external insulation. Such accidents may lead to a casing explosion, posing a serious threat to the transformer and the surrounding equipment.

 

Insulation accident of the tap switch

The insulation accident of the tap switch usually occurs in the room of the tap switch oil. Due to the decrease of the insulation strength of the oil, the arc may not be extinguished when the switch breaks, resulting in the burning of the on-load tap switch. In addition, the bare conductor between the non-excitation tap switch and the on-load tap switch may also discharge, causing a short-circuit accident.

Iron core insulation accident

The core insulation accident is mainly caused by the insulation damage of the core silicon steel sheet or the insulation damage between the core frame joints. Such accidents can lead to multi-ground grounding, circulation and local overheating, and can burn the core in serious cases.
