This system uses pure epoxy resin for casting, with the addition of high-fill glass fiber reinforcement. On one hand, pure resin provides excellent electrical insulation performance. The quartz powder improves the wear and corrosion resistance of the insulator, and the pre-impregnated glass mesh increases mechanical strength and tensile capacity in critical areas.
