Preheating: Preheat the coil to 135-150°C and maintain for several hours, then remove the coil and lower the surface temperature.

Vacuum: Open the impregnation tank cover, place the coil inside, and then close the cover to evacuate.

Impregnation: Open the release valve of the impregnation tank, pour in the impregnating varnish until it covers the coil by more than 50mm from the top, and close the transfer valve.

Vacuum: Evacuate again and maintain for about 30 minutes.

Pressurization: Close the vacuum valve of the impregnation tank, open the pressure valve, and increase the pressure to 6 Pa.

Drip drying: Remove the coil and allow the varnish to drip dry completely.

Baking: Place the coil in an oven, adjust the temperature to 135-150°C, and bake continuously for 8-10 hours.

Cooling: After baking, remove the coil and allow it to cool to room temperature. The process is complete.
