Features
1)Low loss
The iron core is made of high-quality Hi-B cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which are cut longitudinally and horizontally using a fully automatic lamination machine. The multi-level fully inclined seam is fully automatic lamination, and the iron core binding adopts the overall pressurization and PET tape binding process, effectively reducing the no-load loss and current of the transformer.
2)Low noise
The noise of oil immersed self cooling transformers is mainly caused by electromagnetic noise from the iron core. In order to reduce the noise, our company has taken the following measures:
Low magnetic flux density design;
High quality high magnetic silicon steel sheet;
Adopting a Swiss fully automatic laminating machine to control the stacking accuracy;
Reliable clamping and support measures;
Special shock absorption measures.
3) No leakage
The oil tank and storage tank have undergone positive and negative pressure leak testing to ensure that there will be no oil leakage during normal operation of the product. The component installation adopts a flange groove structure, which is formed in one go. All sealing components are made of high-quality one-time formed acrylic rubber parts to prevent oil leakage.
4)Strong short-circuit resistance
In order to ensure that the transformer can withstand the impact of short-circuit current and apply rated voltage on the primary side, under the condition of complete short-circuit on the secondary side, without causing thermal and mechanical damage under the action of short-circuit current, our company has taken the following measures during design and manufacturing:
Reasonably calculate the ampere turn balance of the transformer coil using semi hard copper wire;
The strength and stiffness of the iron core clamping components are calculated to meet the safety requirements of maximum short-circuit mechanical force;
The winding pads are uniformly densified and made of high-density hard cardboard;
The winding adopts a reasonable structure with evenly distributed and compressed compression blocks, with uniform assembly height and uniform stress, ensuring the ability to withstand short circuits;
Take some special measures to prevent the deformation of the coil under force.
