Features
According to the current international standard GB/T6451-1999 “Technical Parameters and Requirements of Three-phase Oil-immersed Power Transformers”, the average no-load loss of S13-MRL series is reduced by 50%, and the average load loss is reduced by 30% for capacities between 30 to 1600kVA. For S11-MRI series, the average no-load loss is reduced by 30%, and the average load loss is reduced by 25%.
Low no-load current
due to the excellent quality of the roll core material and the winding processing characteristics, the no-load current is significantly reduced. According to the current national standard GB/T6451-1999, the average no-load current of S13-MRL series is reduced by 75% and the average no-load current of S11-MRL series is also reduced by 75%.
Low operating noise
According to JB/T10088-1999 noise standards, the noise of S13-MRL and S11-MRL series is reduced by about 79dB.
Strong resistance to short circuit
The transformer body has an overall three-sided prism shape and screw bolts are set up around the four sides and in the center. The top and bottom iron rails are insulated and laminated with wooden blocks, which effectively resist the axial and radial mechanical stresses during sudden faults or short circuits.

3) Control leakage
All oil drain valves of the transformer are made of copper, and the radiator uses vacuum butterfly valves to reduce the chances of transformer leakage.
4) Low loss, low noise
Adopting advanced technology and equipment from both domestic and foreign sources, and conducting professional research and development. The iron core adopts high-performance cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and is equipped with a fully automatic robot lamination machine. It has small shear burrs and low lamination coefficient, effectively reducing the no-load loss, no-load current, and noise of the transformer. The no-load loss is reduced by 5% to 15% compared to manual lamination.
5) High reliability
The transformer is equipped with an oil level thermometer, and the top of the oil tank is equipped with a pressure relief valve with a contact point. The oil level indicator of the oil storage tank is equipped with a contact point oil level gauge, and the high and low voltage bushings are equipped with anti pollution reinforced pure ceramic oil type bushings, which can be used in heavily polluted environments.
6) High quality insulation skeleton support inside the coil
The interior of the coil is supported by a high-quality insulation skeleton. All coils are equipped with internal and external braces, all braces and pads are chamfered, with uniform electric field and enhanced reliability. All fasteners on the body of the coil are equipped with self-locking anti loosening nuts in the axial direction, so that the product can withstand long-distance transportation bumps without looseness and without the need for hanging the core.
