Features

The iron core is wound by non-crystalline alloy strips, and a three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column winding iron core structure is adopted according to the requirements. The iron core cross section is rectangular;the high voltage coil adopts segmented cylindrical coil, which is vacuum-casted with thin insulation sealing.

The large capacity winding has axial air duct, high power frequency withstand voltage, low local discharge, dust prevention and good cooling effect; the low voltage coil adopts laminating coil, which is pre-immersed and hot-cured between layers, which effectively solves the insulation imbalance problem when low voltage and large current coils are wound by wires.

At the same time, there is no axial winding angle in the laminating coil, and the axial force that the transformer bears when short-circuiting is greatly reduced.

The process is good, the additional loss is low, and the anti-short-circuit ability is strong; according to the user's needs, common steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel shell can be configured, and the protection level can be selected from IP20 and IP23, and the high and low voltage busbar inlet and outlet interfaces can be configured according to the user's needs.
