This series of non-package seal three-phase dry-type power transformers not only have the advantages of the SC series, but also the carefully designed coil structure and vacuum immersion treatment process make the ZLSC series dry-type excitation rectifier transformer without local discharge, and no any cracking phenomenon throughout the lifecycle, no insulation level decrease phenomenon.

High voltage adopts continuous winding, low voltage foil winding, overall vacuum immersion and curing treatment and high strength ceramic support, with good short-circuit current withstand ability. Flame retardant, flame retardant, non-toxic, self-extinguishing, fire prevention. Under high temperature open flame burning, ZLSC series dry excitation rectifier transformer produces almost no smoke.

The insulation material adopts NOMEX paper and the insulation level is H level. The insulation layer is extremely thin and uniform, and the short-term overload capacity is extremely strong, without forced cooling, 120% long-term overload, 140% overload for 3 hours. Because this insulation material does not age and is elastic, it can be immediately loaded and operated at ±50℃.

When the transformer is installed in basements or other environments with relatively poor ventilation capacity, additional cooling and ventilation devices should be added. The protection grade is IP00, IP20, IP23, etc. When the altitude is higher than 1000 meters, the user should indicate the altitude and the design will adjust the temperature rise parameters.
