The ZLSG Series Dry-type Excitation Rectifier Transformer adopts special processing technology from (Germany) MORA dry-type transformers, ensuring the product meets the requirements for fire and water resistance as well as environmental protection. The electrical and mechanical performance of the transformer remains excellent throughout its entire lifespan due to its resistance to aging, shrinkage, and compression, as well as its strong elasticity, which ensures that the coil remains tightly structured and capable of withstanding short-circuit pressure even after years of use.
The ZLSG Series Dry-type Excitation Rectifier Transformer boasts high standards of safety, with non-flammable resin, no toxic gas, and no combustion-supporting materials. Its emergency overload capacity has been increased, and it is easy to repair and maintain, has low noise levels, and is insensitive to humidity, dust, and pollution. The transformer operates without local discharge or the possibility of "cracking," and its flexible design allows it to be tailored to any specification required by the customer. Its strong resistance to thermal shock and overload, high flame resistance, and insensitivity to humidity and dust make it highly adaptable for use in harsh environments with high fire safety requirements and large load fluctuations, such as airports, subways, power plants, metallurgy, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated areas, petrochemicals, nuclear power, and nuclear submarines. It is the ideal power distribution equipment.
